We annually review personal data kept and will proactively delete records no longer required providing we are permitted to do so within the law.

If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may  be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding.

We will respond to your subject access request within 15 working days and, in any case, not more than one month of receiving it. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is  more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months from the date we receive your request. Bellamys (M&A) Limited does not hold sensitive information on our site. Should anyone gain unauthorised access to our database, no credit card details or other sensitive information are held on our site.Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are usually transmitted encrypted over the Internet although this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
